How this is used

Live activity widget highlights users who are idle during scheduled work hours in amber, vs. just idle outside hours in slate.
Schedule adherence reports compute % of scheduled minutes during which the user was active.
Idle alarm (configurable) fires when a user is idle > N minutes during scheduled hours.
Off-hours activity alarm fires when a user is active outside scheduled hours.

v1 limitation: single tenant-wide schedule. Per-user overrides (e.g. shift workers) are on the v1.2 roadmap.
